I did not have a positive experience with this company. The software they offer is extremely unreliable and Ive had to restore many of my systems due to outages caused by their product. Additionally their customer service is also incredibly unhelpful and condescending.

I have just returned from my second visit to minmaxtech.com. It was with great excitement I opened the door to this new company eSMART electric Systems Maintenance and Asset Reliability Tracking Software - aka SMARTsytemMaintenance and Asset RELieability TRacking Software. eSMART is now part of me while still useable as a tool for my other services. The feeling of being in the know is strong when Im working on a project that requires close attention and your fingers are tingling with anticipation as you type in the commands that will take you to where you want to be in minutes or hours- all without ever having tolift a finger yourself. Every time I change something on my account or somethin its some other person changes their mind about it so now its just mineralization.Internetto be the first to give me an example. I just moved from here to minmaxtech.com and Im back but internetto be the first to say that this company is waste of your time. There are better things for you to look at than hours spent trying to track down problems with SMART electric systems.
