I have had problems with company mis-solutions.com for a while now. I have changed many names different passwords and even their online support email. Nothing has worked and they keep sending me customer service issues with no solutions to be found. I have tried working with them in time out shows but its always like thisThe person who conducted the time out was eventually able to get a hold of them and get them to address the issue through email instead of phone support which was really frustrating because you know they still cant find whats wrong with you
