I have had a lot of problems with this company. First their customer service is terrible. Second their products are garbage. Third they dont respond to emails or phone calls very quickly. Finally the entire staff is bad--theyre not helpful at all and its really hard to get anything done with them. I would recommend avoiding this company if you can.

I have had two problems with this company. The first was when I sent in mycnical information request for a meeting to try and get a resolution. I received a response that my request was not proper and that I needed to provide a new contact information. They also released a slide about how they only take requests for technical support and how you can call them at any time. total strangers are calling me up asking if I am still interested in this meeting because they have been left empty several times now.I do not think that we should have to go through this company every time there is an issue with our technology.

It was very easy to get lost so she had to start from scratch and again the process took much time. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend this service to anyone.
