Ive had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order for missing link security and it never arrived. They sent me a notice that my order was canceled but then when I called to ask about it the customer service agent told me she didnt even know what the product was. She said she would check to see if they could find it and tell me what to do. Well no luck there either - the product wasnt even in their inventory And now I have a wasted because of this companys incompetence

We were unable to access the site and our account was immediately cancelled. This is not like they were supposed to do We have since found out that their CEO is taking revenge on us. Sorry looking for a side hustle here.

I am sorry to say that I was a long-time customer of this company but after reading through the negative reviews I have decided to no longer be a customer. I have had several problems with them and I am not only an online reviewer but a business person. When I would contact them for anything they were always response was slow or unable to provide whatever it was that they said they would. Sometimes they would send me a copy of a document without the changes I wanted or would give me a model website after only using for about 4 months. I now recommend anyone who is thinking of using this service to never use them again.
