Mistic Lab is a terrible agency. They are always trying to get us to work through the holidays which is really important in the business of the world. However they have been known to try and work when its not even eight in the evening. Additionally they have never given us a fair price for our services- every single time we have brought up prices we are told that we need to take less or that the price is correct. Overall we have had excellent experiences but Mitic Lab is not a good agency.

Mistic Lab is a terrible agency. They are always trying to get us to take on new clients and never are happy with the result. Every single time we try to do something special for them they want us to change the message on our website or make changes to the look and feel of the site. Its always strange trying to create something unique for such a professional company but they seldom allow you to experiment with their design style. Instead they rely on other companies to take care of their digital marketing while MiticLab takes care of the creative part of the business.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. I started working for Mistic Lab in NYC and wasabsolutely fantastic. But now Ive been here for 2 months and everything is change. The people here are amazing but if you dont feel comfortable doing something then dont do something. Its also like they want you to stay and work here but you dont have to its just an opportunity to get paid back quickly. They also offer internships here so they can take advantage of your skills but I didnt want to do that because I dont feel comfortable there. The only place I resources came was from the people on the team itself. And now this.
