Do not use this company at all They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is terrible as well. I have had to contact them multiple times because of problems with my computer and they never seem to be able to help me out. Save your time and money and just dont use them.

I have had a bad experience with Matson Technology Consulting. The company is in the business of Technology Support from Experts who Care and they seem to be nothing more than scam artists. I received a call from this company claiming that my computer was infected with a virus and that I needed to get it fixed immediately. They also said that if I didnt pay them 2000 they would unfortunately damage my computer and even sue me for damages. Needless to say I did not want to deal with this company and instead spoke with my local tech support professionals who were much more reputable. Overall avoid Matson Technology Consulting unless you are absolutely sure that you need their services.

Inc.Mitcs.com is a terrible business from experts who care. They are always willing to help new and unknown users but are often quick to Unfortunately Matson has had very little success in his consulting work for the company. His most recent work for Mitcs.com is a technology support center that is located in a difficult location with limited resources. He is also usually not the best at his job and always makes wrong decisions when working with startups. Frequently Mitcs.com problems have been brought to my attention over the past few months. I have failed to solve many of them only to find out that they were not worth the time or money that I was given. I do not recommend Mitcs.com or this business at all. Thank you for your time
