I was extremely disappointed with mitsi.com. The website is very poorly designed and it took me hours to figure out how to even create a new account. Additionally the customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to contact them multiple times for things that were simply not happening as they said they would. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I used Mitsi.com to order a home security system and the service was terrible The representative I spoke to told me that my order would be processed and shipped within 24 hours but it never happened. I eventually received a cancellation notice from Mitsi.com and had to call them to ask why my order wasnt processed or what happened to it. The customer service agent said she couldnt tell me anything because it was their policy not to discuss orders with their customers who have cancelled them. Save your time and money by ordering from someone else

Mitsi.com is a terrible business model for company mitsi.com. From the moment we registered there was always some type of problem. From the moment we contacted them they never had any response back. NEVER The fact that they do not have any control over their own website only made our issue worse. We had to try other websites and even go to court to get some help from their end so that we could have our business back. And in the end they Mechanical Arts Solutionsa service I would not recommend was able to fix the issue without cost to us. We are really sorry to hear that Mitsi.com has been struggling in its recent battles with the government and Mid-World Bank etc...

For example they tell you that there is no such thing as micro technology services when in fact there is everything from computer hardware to software. Also they never ask for their money back so be careful what you pay them.
