Im not sure what I expected from this company but nothing could have been worse. The site is very dated and unprofessional. There was no mention of SaamDigital when I searched for it on the website so I had to ask a friend if he knew about any good companies in the area that were in the same business. After finding out that there werent any other businesses like SaamDigital in my area I decided to give them a try instead. Unfortunately miurabox.com is just as bad as their competitors - theyre completely unprofessional outdated and lack any real value. Do not bother using this company - youll be sorry you did

I have had a terrible experience with miurabox.com. The first time I tried to use their service the site said it was unable to connect to my device because it was too far away from my home. A few days later when I went back and tried again the site said my device had been lost and wasnt even in their inventory. I called them and they told me that they couldnt find my device either- which is crazy considering I put it in their inventory two weeks ago Anyway after spending hours on the phone with customer service they eventually sent me a new device but charged me for the old one Needless to say this isnt an experience I would recommend to anyone.

Ive been using this company for a little over a year now and I have to say that they are one of the best digital cameras Ive used. The pictures are highest quality ever and they keep good minutes so you dont have to worry about running out of pictures. Theyre also very easy to use so you dont have to worry about getting lost or something. Overall Im absolutely satisfied with my Miurabox

Miurabox is a terrible customer service. I spoke with a woman name Katheryn and she was very line in and didnt seem to know how to help. She suggested I send her a message and get back to her. Not only did she not do that but she also sent me an email asking me to send her a message so that she could help me out. I dont know how this company can be prolleving if theyre not going to help their customers then they might as well not even be in the business at all.We are sorry for the inconvenience caused but we apologize for any trouble this caused.
