I was this companys service advisor and the worst customer I have ever had. They took care of me wrong. I had a missed call from my elderly mom because I was trying to get in touch with her old computer support person that she used to talk to when she needed help with things like that. They were also very slow in getting back to me and said they were only doing so much work as it was. The workers who worked on my account were great but this company is just a whole other level of terrible.
