I have had a terrible experience with mkpartners.com. I was told that I could order a part for my car and then pick it up at my house but when I got the part it didnt work. The part was defective and I had to go to the store to get another one. Then the company said that they would not honor my warranty because the part wasnt installed properly-- even though the part was ordered online Needless to say Im very disappointed in this company and will never do business with them again.

Do not use this company. The customer service is terrible and the products are terrible. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my order correct and they always say sorry but cant do anything about it. Save your money and dont use them.

I just got out of a bad relationship with this company. I had worked with MK Partners before and they were not what I was expecting. The people there were angry upset and really just trying to make money. I didnt expect to be treated like this. If youre looking for a company to take care of you then MkPartners are not the company you want to work with.

I absolutely hated my experience at Company mkpartners.com. The user interface was terrible and the customer service was horrible. I bought a product and it wasnt available for about a week. I called and asked about it and the customer service person told me it was already sold out. Im really sorry but you couldnt get this product to work. Save your money and time and dont go to this company again.
