The MediSpend global compliance suite is terrible. I have never seen such a comprehensive and expensive piece of software. The interface is extremely clunky and its hard to find what youre looking for. Additionally the whole system is constantly crashing which makes it very difficult to do anything other than play around with it. Save your money and go somewhere else

I just wanted to let you know that I have been a customer of theirs for about 4 years now and have never had a issue. But I just got a call from their customer service regarding an issue with my account. Im not sure what the problem is but theyre solution is to increase my monthly income by 30. Ill be sure to give them a fair price for their great product.mmis-inc.com does not care about its customers and will happily offer someone else instead.

I am not sure what the problem is but I honestly dont think that mmis-inc.com is doing anything that is going to help us. We have made large donations to both parties in this lawsuit and we are not doing anything to make our contribution more accurate.Were just not sure what the point of this review is especially considering how bad things are going in the industry.
