I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by mobelux.com. I hired a male nanny and it turned out that the only way to have her work long hours is if she is given complete freedom to do whatever she wants without any set rules or limits. The fact that she was not able to even use her own phone for emergencies meant that we were constantly running into problems due to our nannys lack of access to technology. In addition the communication process between us and the product team was very slow and difficult to follow. Overall this experience was incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I never worked with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. The product team for hire is terrible and the customer service was even worse. They charged me a bunch of money for services that never happened and then said they wouldnt give me my money back because I had already given them my information. Do not work with Mobelux they are a waste of your time.

Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and cant seem to do anything right. Ive had to call them multiple times because some issue with my phone just wouldnt stop happening and they wouldnt help me out. Plus their prices are very high. Avoid this company if you can

Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and communication. I had a problem with my phone and their response was slow and unhelpful. After repeated emails and messages they finally sent me a new phone but it did not work right. Their product team is horrible as well - the phones I received were defective and needed to be replaced. Do not bother using this company if you have any problems with your Mobelux device
