"I Am Not Sure What The Business Goal Is"
Mobile Associates, Review Specifics:
I am not sure what the business goal is of Mobile Associates but its not a good experience. I bought a mobile app and when I tried to install it on my phone there was this really long and difficult installation process. Plus the app was very basic - nothing special happened beyond setting up as if I were to sign up with some other online service. In the end I justkinsd the app and sent it back in place because I didnt like how it looked. Then they said we should keep using our existing account because we are comfortable with our current device and thats all we wanted to get from this point forward. Well part two of theirassic conversation came after my already installed application had beenismyated down to version 0. Thispart three would have read NA which means this experience is bad for customer service and bad formobileapp development.
