MobileFirst Applications is a terrible company. I have never had such an difficult time creating and launching an application with them. First there was the issue of getting my app approved - it took forever and cost a lot of money. Then once it finally got approved the app wasnt available on my phone until weeks later after numerous attempts by MobileFirst. In total I wasted 100.

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that theyre supposed to be providing the best mobile apping experience on the market. In the past Ive had tol phone for hours trying to get an app to work with their system. Now I can just type in a name and it will find and install the app.They also provide no customer service or support whatsoever when it comes to this process. Id say that about every other company in the market but because MobileFirst Applications has failed me so badly Ill giving them a two out of five.
