1- The customer service is terrible. Ive had to call multiple times and each time they are very unhelpful and dont seem to care about their customers. They told me they wouldnt be able to help me with my issue because it was a warranty issue but now Im having the same issue on my phone and they wont help me out at all. Dont bother using this company if youre looking for any kind of service or support

I have had two years of use of this phone and it is the worst phone I have ever used. The keyboard is terrible and takes forever to type things out. The camera is also terrible. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

I have had two previous experiences with this company and they have never been what I expected. I have had a mobile app and a web application. I only need talk to them on the phone but they do not have the phone so I cant help you with that. The first time it was because I didnt set up the mobile app and the second time it was because I didnt set up the web application. Dont bother going there.
