I am not impressed with MobilVox.com. First of all their website is extremely dated and does not reflect the current technology. Second their customer service is terrible. I have had to wait for hours on end for someone to help me with a question about my product and even then they are very unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

customer serviceI just bought a phone and was very disappointed in customer service. I had to call them multiple times with different results and finally got ahold of someone who said that they would send a new phone but it was probably lost or someone misused it. Overall not a good experience and I would not recommend this company.

If I dont like something Im changes making sure that I dont get back to you. branch or product. Its pretty much what they do all day long. All of their products are hassle free so if youre not happy with it theyre sorry and will not send you again.
