Company has terrible customer service. I had to call them multiple times to get the same person to answer the phone. The person on the other end was either busy or she was too tired. I told her that I wanted my refund and she said no problem but then added Im sorry we dont offer refunds for this product. After trying to explain again and again how what I received is different from what others have experienced and that its still working she finally agreed to give me a refund. But then added Ire sorry but you probably wont be able to use our services anymore. 1 month later there is absolutely NO INFORMATION ON HOW LONG THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN OR WILL BE WHEREVER YOU MAY BOTHER TO FIND IT.This review was first published on company moderndata.com
