.I have had the pleasure of working with company modus21.com for the past year and a half. We have solved many complex business problems and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an effective and efficient business solution. However I did have some negative experiences that made me question their quality control measures1 They promise to take care of your issues as well as how they will be able to resolve them. But in practice they only seem to want to know when something goes wrong and doesnt actually do anything to address the issue itself.2 The customer service is often unhelpful and there has been the instance of a customer who required help with their login information but received no response even after several attempts. He wrote a letter to the company but never received a response or follow-up call.3 Sometimes modus21 does not get right with old software updates which can lead to problems later on. For example

I have had great experiences with Modus21.com. However there have been times where they have made things difficult for me. The most recent situation was when they did not have the latest version of the modus21.com website open when I was trying to make a purchase. They were able to get me onto a different site without problem. However the next time I tried to make a purchase they told me that the store was about to start selling products that I did not order. It was really frustrating because I ordered some products and then they said those would be leaving in the near future. I would not recommend Modus21.com any particular way
