MediaI am very disappointed with Company Momentousa.com. The site is automated and provides poor customer service. I have had to send multiple emails to get my issues resolved. However no matter how many times I contact the customer service they continue to keep me in suspense. They never send me a response back until Im so deep into the message that I cant find my phone without looking around. Finally I sent an email asking for help and received no response. I called their customer service line and asked for a representative. When she came on the line she said she couldnt help me because company momentousa.com was now gone . She gave me the number of a other website that I can go to to get someone fixed for this problem.I would not recommend this product or company momentousa.com
