The company monnit.com is nothing but a scam. The employees are extremely unprofessional and there seems to be no genuine interest in helping customers. There have been several times when Ive had to contact customer service for things that were just not possible like having my sensor data captured and analyzed onsite at my house because the companys wireless sensors could not pick up a signal from my property. Absolutely do not recommend this company

1 Do not use this company. They are terrible at communication and their products are extremely unreliable. I have had to replace two of my wireless sensors because they would just stop working no matter how many times I changed the batteries. Save your money and go somewhere else2 This company is complete garbage. Their customer service is nonexistent and their products are absolutely terrible. Do not bother using them unless you want to waste your time and money on something that will never work right.

I was a bit disappointed with the product. The remote control didnt work very well and the on button was really small and impeachment-worthy. The camera was also not very good at night being dark and sensing nothing. Overall the price was dear for what we were getting.

DevicesI just returned from six days of work toole with monnit.coms remote monitoring solutions. I cant say enough about how much I enjoyed using their products. The freedom to keep my devices in the same room and the ability to control the devices with a simple voice or app was great. The sensors are very reliable and do an excellent job at keeping track of my TV usage. Im already thinking about how to improve her daily routine

devicesI just had monnit.comversunsoft1 installed by me and I am extremely disappointed in him. He has no experience in this field and was able to get the software installed very quickly on my part without any user support. The software is very basic and does not allow users to control their devices while they are working. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
