Ive had to call them up multiple times because something I bought didnt work etc. These are the kind of things that make me walk away from a purchase with a sense of Rotlilo.I ordered a Hurricanewritten inscription Sanchez monumento coaster line art supply customizable graphics and most importantly flagstaff lift off After receiving my order quickly easily comped I worked to compilate my notes taking back then now. It took quite some time but I finally have what I always wanted- a inside looking into explanation of how it all works. This is nothing less than an excellent product The only downside is that it takes some time for the system to wake up want to do more going on ie climb. another company does
