Companys been through a few changes but this latest one is by far the worst. Ive been working with move it for a while and I know what youre worth. I just bought a used bike and moving it into my personal garage. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. The bike was in the same spot for 2 weeks and I didnt know how to move it out of the way anymore. I called them repeatedly but they never answered. I even sent them an email asking for help but all they ever said was Were sorry we dont have any help for you.Finally I went to their website and learned about their algorithm. They were following up with me about moved out of my phone only to find out that we got away with our 700 worth of the bikes. We are both really upset and disappointed with how this company has treated us.
