I was very disappointed with the company Moran Technology Consulting. The main reason being that their services are not what they claim them to be. For example I contacted them because my home security system was not working and they said it would take a few weeks for me to get a new one. Instead it took almost 2 months for me to receive a new system. Additionally their prices are high compared to other companies in the same business. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called them multiple times during the morning and it was the first time that I had to ask for a representative because my phone was ringing constantly. Finally they got one of their employees to ask me why my phone was ringing and they didnt get an answer until I asked again. Then I called back all together and there was only one employee left who said she couldnt help me because she was busy. She didnt have any information about what happened to my phone or what kind of customer serviceMorantechnology.com is like.
