I was very disappointed with my first purchase from this company. I had purchased an app to use on my iOS device to access information about my Facebook account. Unfortunately after just one use the app refused to work again. There was a mistake Apple made - they should have used application data rather than contactless card data. We are refunds customers so we know what to expect and were very disappointed with the lack of customer service.- More from it Inc. not up to parI bought some software from More from it Inc. and within minutes it was gone Im not sure what kind of virus or virus like thing happened to it- anyway I loved the software myself but now Im back where I started library of course

They were user-friendly and provided everything I needed except the part about incorporating your own code into their platform. The company is very good in terms of their product and they have created a great website. But the customer service is terrible. I have had to call them three times to get my order processed and then to say that it has not arrived. The first time it was because an importation process was completed before my phone number went through. The second time because an e-mail wasnt sent from the productsonguardian system. The third time I got a message that my order had gone back into stock and should be delivered in a few days. However it never happened and now Im told that my order was delivered but also lost in customs due to another customs process that didnt take place for two reasons - one being that the other process failed while the first was going on - so there is no money owed and Im out 120.00.It sounds like this persons experience with the company has been pretty badThe customer
