More Screens has a terrible customer service experience. I placed an order for a new TV and was promised that the delivery would arrive within 24 hours. A few days later I received an email notification that the TV had been delivered but it was not in my house. The next day I called MoreScreens and the customer service girl said that she would be happy to come over and look at the TV but she could not do anything about the delivery being late. She also told me that I needed to pay for her to come over because there was no way that I could get my money back if she did not show up. She was never able to take care of the issue and left me hanging. Avoid this company if you can

The video over IP company MoreScreens.com gives you the impression that they will help you with your screen resolution problem but in reality they will only charge you for their services and then give you a worthless piece of software to use instead. Do not bother using this company they are do not worth your time or money.

More Screens is a scam. They are not in the business of providing screens for people to watch videos they are in the business of selling video over IP services. I experienced this company firsthand and it was a huge mistake.I contacted More Screens after their video streaming service stopped working. The representative told me that their company was not involved with providing screens for people to watch videos but instead they were only in the business of selling video over IP services. I decided to give them a chance because I had heard so many good things about them before but once I got there it was clear that they were nothing more than a scam. The representative tried to sell me on additional features such as being able to view videos offline or be able to share screencasts with others on social media when in reality all these features would have zero impact on how well my service would work and would actually add extra costs onto my bill. .I was a little intrigued by company when I first saw it when I was looking for a screen saver. And then after using it for a few days I realized that more screens is just a way of saying video over Ethernet. The video in the screen is representation of the audio and the internet connection is not supported so youre going to be able tot watch your movie or TV show. Save your money and go online for someone who can help you with this problem.
