is a complete messIm not sure where to start. mosaic-cg.com is in the business of UKG Support Consulting Services which means they cannot seem to do anything right. Ive sent them multiple emails and contacted them through their website and they have not replied back even once. They also dont seem to be very responsive when you contact them in person either - my last experience with them was online so it wasnt great. Overall this company is one big piece of crap and I would not recommend using them at all.

I have had a terrible experience with mosaic-cg.com. The consultant I hired to help me with my UKG support issues was a complete scam. He never arrived and when he did he was very unprofessional and didnt seem to know anything about the subject matter. In addition his work was extremely slow and there were many errors in his work. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Mosaic-Cgarys office was destroyed in a fire. He is still working to get everything back up and running again.Im very sorry to hear that cGary will not be able to be part of the team anymore. We really appreciate all the help you have given us over the past few months. I know you are really excited about this new project and we have lost sight of what it was supposed to be about. I apologize if you were looking forward to working with us but things may not have been going as planned now that GGary is no longer on board. All our work has been put into place once he is gone so lets take care of this now and move on from him

The service has stopped working and Im going to be as honest with you as possible here-Company mosaic-cg.com is a terrible business model and its because of that theyre in the business of UKG Support Consulting Services. Theyre not good at anything else really. If youre looking for support services they dont have any new products or services that will help you. They might as well not have bothered trying to start all these years ago.Go somewhere else if you want help with your website or software. You dont need their crap.
