I have had great experiences with mosaictec.com. However I had a bad experience today. I ordered a piece of glass and received it quickly and in the correct condition. However the customer service was not good. They were able to contact me and ask for an outlet but no outlet was available so they sent me back to the store to get an outlet. I commend them for trying but this did not result in a good experience.
