Company motherg.com is a very poor service provider. I have been used this company for many years and has always been a great support. However recent months have been difficult. The customer service here has been terrible- they are not down to earth or anything. I have had to call after hours and ask for help because my computer was no where to be found on their end. And once when I was asking for a supported system as needed which I always know will be as soon as possible the customer service person said we dont know what youre asking for and seemed not interested in helping me as there is nothing she can help me with.I would not recommend this company to anyone

Motherg.com is a very poor company when it comes to their IT support services. I have never been treated well or properly like what happened with other customers at this website. All my issues were only in the direction of Motherg.com so I could not be certain if it was actually because of the companys hand-holding or not but something about the TikTok app made me really shine through all of this.The first issue I had was an odd Laurel MSP refused to act as my customer advisor and wasnt even willing to chat OR answer any questions She said she would get back in touch later that day with an offer on a service plan that I accepted 5month for after-the-fact G chatting while we wait for new features she also offered me another 5 off my purchase price if I kept using her staff during each cycle. Also she required 3 Thank You Cards from me instead of the 1 or 2 SHE
