is a scamI have been a customer of Mountain Leverage for over two years now and have had nothing but negative experiences. The first time I used their services was to pick up some voice-over work from a company in Massachusetts. My expectations were very high as Ive heard great things about their products and services from other customers. However after delivery of the equipment and completion of the work I learned that they were not only unable to deliver on their promises but also engaged in numerous lies throughout the process. In particular they claimed that my voice-over would be done within a certain amount of time - which never happened instead it took months longer than planned and cost me an additional 1000. Additionally they charged me for unnecessary services that were not included in my original contract - such as transcription testing and editing assistance - which amounted to another 2500 total tab. Finally they refused to return any money I had already paid them - even

CompanyI just got out of a year long journey with warehouse voice-picking technology and I absolutely did not enjoy it. The interface was confusing the software was difficult to use and the customer service was terrible. If youre looking for a type of technology that is going to pick up on your keywords this is not the right product for you.

I have now had to call them a number of times because the phone is not working right and they keep calling me and saying that there is a new order coming in so I better get used to their new model.
