I absolutely despise this company I moved house twice and both times theMoving.com representative was RUDE impatient and just plain rude. The first time they were basically telling me to go to bed because there was no way they were going to help me with my move since it would take so long. The second time they were even more unhelpful and actually made me feel like I was bothering them. Definitely dont use this company if youre looking for a fair and reasonable move

I have never had such terrible customer service. I made a movetia.com order and the shipping was supposed to arrive on time but it just arrived 2 days after the original date. The employees were very unhelpful and said they would not be able to do anything about it because they were swamped with customers. Save yourself the trouble and dont make this an online purchase from this company

.comIm not a happy customer of this company. I paid for a move and my movetia.com account was suddenly cancelled. Im not able to log in to my account anymore. Ive tried sending an email to customer service but its not happening because they areCroatian so I dont know how to send a message through their system. They dont seem like theyre going to do anything about it. Im going back to my vpn now just in case... But it sounds like it might be just a matter of time before they cancel my account too.I think that Movetia.com is a terrible company that should be canceled off the web right away.

Please somebody contact my phone number so someone can tell me how to get in touch with them.This user has never used movetia.com and is obviously familiar with its features. They should obviously please their customers by getting them in touch with a phone number so that they can learn what you can do to try out the site before making a purchase.
