Mpire Solutions is a terrible company. They are cheaply price-sensitive and always has been. I never received my order until after the fact which was great for finding out that I had delayed my purchase. However when I sent them pictures of the issue and they did not take care of it they said they would send a new product and maybe get a free shipping code for me. Well after another delay they also did not take care of the problem and said I needed to go through their customer service. Its really frustrating because I trusted them and thought they would be more understanding about this.
