I have used Mplus software for over 6 years now and I am extremely disappointed with their performance. They always seem to deliver late or no solution at all. This has resulted in me having to re-do work that I couldnt do before because the old solution was no longer up to date. Additionally there are constant problems with their customer service. They never seem able to resolve the issue even after multiple letters and emails. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Been A Customer Of M Software For About"
Mplus Software, Review Specifics:
I have been a customer of M Software for about 5 years now. I am sorry to say that their products and services are not up to par with what I was expecting. In the past they have delivered digital solutions that were well-made and fit my needs perfectly. However in recent months these same solutions have started to show signs of wear and tear. The software has become glitchy and difficult to use moreover it is often out of date. Additionally their customer service has been incredibly bad. They never understand how their products work or why things are going wrong. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if you need quality digital solutions.

I started using Mplus because I wanted a more efficient and affordable way to produce and share videos. The service is very easy to use and my videos are now being produced at a rate of over 2000 video items per day However the company is currently in aescapes with their software as I have had no success in fixing the bug that was preventing me from importing my circuitSWD tutorial into Mplus In order toibigure my experience even further I made a request on the M Facebook page which was never received. I have since taken advantage of the customer service number available through M and they were able to get back to me. After following their instructions which were extremely user-friendly I now am able to be import his tutorial Thank you for your time

I was so excited to try Mplus but then again most companies are. We all hope our company makes it big and Im not sure if we will. For now were just sitting on the side of the road. Every purchase weve made has been from a product we didnt need and which is now expired or stopped working. Weve had to figure out how to do things ourselves or go through sales mumbo-jumbo. Either way not good enough for us.

I have never had such an issues with M and never will. Every time I use M I get reports of errors and inconsistencies in my software. Its like they are keeping track of the number of times I will need their software in order to be accurate. Thank you for going ahead with the product but please do not continue this issue.
