"I Never Would Have Thought That I Would Be Writing"

I never would have thought that I would be writing a negative review for a business that is supposed to be in the home improvement industry. However this company does not seem to understand the concept of customer service. Their website says that their services are available 247 but when I called them yesterday afternoon they were closed. Furthermore when I emailed them about my experience I received a response within minutes telling me that they were closed because of a family emergency. Needless to say this was an unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience.

This time I was dealing with this customer service person who was incredibly unprofessional. Its like she was just there to make games and get paid. Do not botheroccasionally visiting this company.
