I did not have a positive experience with MRW Systems. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was not working and they would not help me fix it. They said that I needed to get a new one and I told them that my computer was six months old.

I have had a terrible experience with MRW Systems. I called to book an appointment for a system troubleshooting consultation and the woman on the phone said she couldnt do that because she was too busy with another customer. Then when I tried to talk to her in person she wouldnt let me because she was working on another customer. Finally after sending multiple emails and calling several times I got someone who agreed to come out and look at my computer but only if I paid him first. When he came out he found that my computer was fried and needed to be fixed. He quoted me a price much higher than what I originally thought it would cost and then added insult by saying that there wasnt even going to be any warranty coverages which is ridiculous considering how often my computer gets broken. In addition he made me feel like an idiot for asking for help when all I wanted was someone who could solve my problem without costing anything extra. Do not go anywhere near

Do not use this company They are terrible. The first time I called they were very unprofessional and did not seem to care about their customers. Second time I called the same person answered the phone and was very unhelpful. Do not bother calling them again.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. First off the customer service is absolutely horrible. I called them Saturday morning and they told me that my order hadnt shipped yet and that I would have to wait until Monday for it to be done. Then on Monday I received an email from their customer service department informing me that my order had shipped but was not in my mailbox. Turns out the order had been delivered to somebody elses house and they never received it In addition when I asked about the delay in my order their representative said she could not help because the system just wasnt up to date. Basically this company is nothing but MISUNDERSTANDING customers who do not seem to know how to treat a human being.
