I just cancelled my subscription with msasys.com because the customer service was terrible. The woman who told me about the cancellation said that she hadnt heard from them in over a week and that if I wanted to continue using the service I would have to pay for an additional month. Also she said that they were out of stock on some of their products and that I might have to wait until after Christmas to get my order. This is not what you want in a business

This company is a waste of time and money. I have been using msasys.com for over a year now and have never had a single issue. The user interface is basic but efficient is all that they ever are. I have never seen one error or problem with the service only that they are doing everything they can to make it as painless as possible for my account. And they say Fifa 15 How about Windows 10
