I was extremely disappointed with the company msmgroupinc.com. The website is completely dysfunctional and it takes forever to get anything done. I never could get my account set up never could find my contact information and even when I did they wouldnt let me talk to anyone about my account. All in all this was a very disappointing experience.

The people who work at Msmgroupinc.com are absolutely horrible They try to make you feel like youre the only person who isnt happy and when you dont want something they offer they just shrug their shoulders and say well thats how it is - which pretty much tells me that if I didnt like what I was using then I wasnt welcome in the company.

I definitely didnt enjoy the experience. The people who did my work for me were horrible. They were all huge flakes and made me feel very uncomfortable.I never received any support from them in anything that happened during my contract- even though they were always willing to helpfulchangehelpadvice. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
