We are extremely disappointed with the company MSP Alliance. We ordered a home from them and were very excited about it. However we have had numerous problems throughout the process - from their communication to their shipping. Our house is now over two months late and they have not responded to our emails or calls. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is terrible. I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order and they said that because it was a Christmas gift they could not cancel it. They then said that the only way to get my money back would be if I sent them a return copy of the present which I did not want to do because it was already too late for that. Then they said that because it was their mistake and not mine they were going to give me my money back even though it was already too late. Do not ever use this company
