I had a terrible experience with Mainstay Technologies. The customer service was incredibly inept and unhelpful. They kept telling me that I needed to upgrade my computer or pay for something that I didnt even need and then they wouldnt let me do anything about it. When I asked them to help me fix a problem on my own they just told me to go ahead and solve the problem myself - which I did But after hours of troubleshooting nothing worked - so finally I gave up and called customer service. Again the customer service was extremely inept and unhelpful. They told me that there wasnt anything they could do about it because my computer was outdated and couldnt be fixed without going over budget. And again when I asked them to help me fix a problem on my own they just told me to go ahead and solve the problem myself - which still isnt working now 6 months later Needless to say this is an awful experience overall -

They are not in the business of providing IT services they are in the business of selling snake oil to unsuspecting people who think that by paying them money they can get away with anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would definitely avoid using their services.

I have had some bad experiences with mstech.com. The first was when I couldnt get my account set up because I couldnt find anything about it on their website. I sent them a message and got a hold of customer service. They were very helpful and helped me get my situation resolved. The next time I came across was more recently is when I had to change my password and they didnt let me do it without coming over to my house and changing my passwords for me. Another time I went into their system and out of the blue found out there was a problem with my account and needed to reset it. But again they were helpfull and allowed me to do what I wanted before transferring me to the other number. Overall I have had some bad experience but this particular one was minor so I didnt report it.This user has no good written work for company mstech.com writes poor things about the company in general - failing to
