I would not recommend this company to anyone. The design they produced for my home was terrible and very costly. I had to change it 3 times because the initial design was too close to something that already existed in the house. Additionally their customer service was extremely poor and I had to contact them multiple times about problems with my order. overall I would not recommend this company if youre looking for a high-quality home design experience

Ive been working with company mtr-design.com for a few months now and have to say that Im so far impressed Their customer service is incredibly friendly and their design and layout is fantastic. However I had an experience where I was given a wrong design and it was really frustrating. I had requested a response to the problem from my account holder but never received one. I entered the information into the phone number provided and got an call back about how long it would be before an answer came back. It took quite some time but then again this is something that can take quite some time in there opinion I would not recommend this business to anyone because they are unable to follow correct format of text

I have just returned from my last visit to Company-MTRDesign.com. It seemed like the entire point of this website was to be a design resource for things that people say they want which is really nonexistent. The only thing I could find were user reviews and it seems they are just trying to make a living on the back end. My main impression is that it is very slow and easy to get started.Company MTR Design has made me so angry with their customer service They were nice enough to send me an email asking if I was still interested in their services but I didnt even wait until the email had been sent before I accessed company mtr-designs contact information. The person who answered the phone at this site said Were sorry we dont offer customer service support. After I asked them how long he would stay on the phone he said herself which is really terrible customer service.
