I am not a happy customer with this company. I have had 1 bad experience with them and will never use them again. The first time they did not honored my request for a voice connection to my room over the WiFi. And then when I asked for someone to come out and fix it they said that they would but that it would cost me 50 They are charging too much for services that are not needed and do not improve the quality of service provided. Save your money and dont use this company

MTS.CC is a service that is located in the Hotel HSIA WiFi Internet Contact Center Voice Systems and Cloud5. However it seems that they do not handle any of the following customer service- provide a new platform for app development - provide a platform for user support. - provide a platform for user support. MTS.CC does not seem to be interested in helping customers who have issues with their software or their overall online experience. For example when I tried to get help from the customer service line about my software they refused to even give me voice chat because they said it was not available as a response to my issue. Its past due for me to seek other opportunities if I want customer service like this from other businesses in the hotel industry

MTS.CC is a business that provides Hotel HSIA WiFi Internet Contact System and Cloud5 Voice Systems for use in places such as Supermerchandise stores Headlines and other large malls. The systems are able to communicate with the cloud-based customer service system at each store as well as the phone system used for reservations and communication with the police. However there be no real value in this business model. The products are priced too high and the customer service is not good enough to recommend it to anyone.
