I have never had such terrible service from a company. I made an appointment to see my doctor and when I got there the person on duty told me that he would have to reschedule because of some other emergency. I asked what the emergency was and he said it was something about my cholesterol levels. Turns out it wasnt really an emergency at all--the doctor was going to be able to see me another time soon Save your money and go somewhere else for your health care needs.

MTSHealthcare.com is a terrible business model for company. They are using the MTS Med Tech Solutions company to provide IT solutions for their healthcare facilities. The companies does not have a good reputation for customer service and the support offer wasoyer wasnt very realy good. The user had to contact them through an online chat tool to get help with a problem. There was no response from the customer service in less than 24 hours. Company is terrible and customer service is not up to par.

I just got a bad review for company mtshealthcare.com. I have never received any of the features offered on other websites. The only one I can think of that might be better is the ability to add items to my basket as well as set prices. Ive never had to contact customer service about this issue.Im not sure what youre doing when you offer these services but people who are trying to do something should not be parsed for data entry errors like this.
