I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They were terrible in every way. I had to change my computer from Windows 7 to 8 because of the crappy service they provided and then my internet went out for no reason after I used it for a couple days. Finally I decided to switch providers and now am having the same issue with my phone.

I was a little disappointed with the service we received. We had an issue with our computer and it was repaired quickly and at a fraction of the cost of what we would have paid by itself. However the customer service was not as responsive the next day which led to my theory being correct. We need more person to take care of computers in this country.

I just filed a bad review of company mtsolutions.net. I have been using this website for years now and have never had an issue. The only time I ever had to service a single part was when I got a new computer and the person who helped me had to get a new motherboard. So if youre looking for an AC unit youe out of luck because Ive had nothing but issues with this website.
