I was incredibly disappointed with mtvoip.com. They were very promiscuous in their use of my personal data and I never received any response to my requests for customer service. Additionally the website had a lot of outdated information and it was difficult to navigate. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with mtvoip.com. Ive been using their service for about two months and it has not worked well at all. The first time I had to go through a lot of trouble to get the password reset email out and my account was locked after that. Then when I tried to use their service again it wouldnt let me sign in even though my account was still active. In addition the customer service is really unhelpful and doesnt seem to care about their customers.

The phone numbers they would call me were always hot and I would getduped into thinking that my phone was going to be fixed or something.
