One company provided me with less-than-optimal services and one company did not even begin to touch on the fact that this company was not as good as they thought it would be. However this past year our dealing arm changed and our head of customer service started working from home a lot more. The last company seemed to be doing just that but now theyre not even close to being done yet They used to be great about taking care of any concerns I had but now theyre not going to get any closer until they do. If you want quality products and services then stay somewhere else until those problems are resolved.
