I have had two days of experience at company multicoretechnologies.com and am completely unhappy with the level of customer service they provide. The first day I was told by a representative that I needed to get a hold of their technical support because there was something going on with my account that they couldnt help me out about. I neednt have worried as it turned out being an800 Was the Support Line Unavailable In The FutureThe second day started off well - although I hadnt seen the product yet the rep said shed bring me over when he got back from his meeting. But then again sometimes things go wrong in business and now my ERP is just okay but theirs isnt no longer than 5 years old or so... On top of that todays problem was only part of a larger issue Apparently oneof our more advanced features wasnt starting to work properly after several months Of use . After all these months it finally goes
