Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. I called them to ask about a thermostat and the woman on the phone said she couldnt help me because she was in the middle of doing a project. I told her I needed to know what type of thermostat I was talking about so that I could order it and she hung up on me. This is not how you treat your customers

I just moved to Dallas and I am not very happy with my current provider. They have too many monthly fees and were always very slow in delivering new products. So I went from multimediasolutions group to get a better service. And its been worse. For example they stopped delivery on a new product I was supposed to order last week. I had to contact them multiple times and never received the product. Im starting to feel like Is is being taken advantage of.
