I have had problems with this company from the beginning. First of all their customer service is terrible. They will not help you at all when you have a problem. Second of all their phone service is terrible. It never works right and it can be very frustrating to use it.

I have had a bad experience with MW-Tel.com. The avaya support Mitel phone I was using was not working and I needed to get a new one asap. They said they could not help me because the phone had been lost in the move and they would not be able to credit my account until the new phone came in. Needless to say this did not work out well for me.

New YorkI was this customer for a while now and its still the worst experience. I had bought a phone off of companies website and got itressed in New York. I called them multiple times and they were never willing to help me out. The service here is terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
