is garbageI HATE THIS COMPANY. They are in the business of HOME - Midwest Data Center and they are terrible. I have never had such terrible service from a company. They did not even try to help me when my power went out and my internet stopped working. Overall this is a complete scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just moved out of my first house and took a interest in this company. I have never had such terrible service from a company like Midwest Data Center. The customer service is not worth it. I have to call them every day and they never listen to me. They keep saying theyre sorry but they just dont have the power to help you out. Its been really frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two orders from this company and they have been absolutely terrible. My order arrived right when they said it would but the level of customer service was not good at all. I sent a message to them about how the order was and they never responded to me. I even asked their customer service person why the order didnt come out immediately and they never replied to me either. So I took my order back and got a return policy in hope of getting a refund or something because I really wanted the data center door open. But it still hasnt arrived yet so Im just going to go with the lack of customer service as my opinion...
