I was outstaffed and my job was to do IT for a company in Ukraine. It was very difficult to get the work done and I would say that most of my work was Government work which was not why I had the position in the first place. The best way to describe it is I was working towards an opportunity at another company. If you are not outstaffed then you are in the business of Outsourcing and MWDN.LTD is nothing more than an Outstaffing Company. They take advantage of their customers needs but never met up with them or told them what was happening with their job applications or departures.
