- Home SecurityThis company is the worst. I never had any issues with them until now. Last week my home was broken into and all my possessions were taken. My security system didnt work because they said it needed to be recharged. Now Im out a bunch of money and no protection from thieves. Dont go with this company

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mxsolutions.ca. The first time I tried to order a product my email address was already filled out and my credit card information was already been used. Then when I tried to try and find anything on their website all I could find were ads for other companies. In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible - they never replied to my emails or calls even though I sent them multiple requests. Overall avoid this company if you can - theyre not worth the trouble.

"NO MISTAKE -I Just Moved Out Of A"

NO MISTAKE -I just moved out of a two-bedroom flat with my partner and am now living in a three-bedroom flat. I have been using mxsolutions.ca for a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. The service is incredibly fast the staff are very knowledgeable and the prices are unbeatable. However I have had some issues that have caused me to write a bad review.Mxsolutions has terrible customer service. They are always happy to help though but they seem to not really understand what theyre doing when they do things the way they do it. For example one user said their phone was constantly going throughrytakes hours to get a response from an email because there was never any input other than the carried by phase of someones day. Another user had to call them every 10 minutes because their phone would just keep saying the phone was turned off even while their phone stayed charged.

IT SUCKI have never had such terrible luck with a company.kss everything we did was a disaster.stupid things like Pride of the Colour we used to have and now theyre not there anymore. Everything started out well but then something go wrong and now its all over the place. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
